Kelly Jackson
President and Chief Consultant
As President and Chief Consultant, Kelly brings nearly 20 years experience in all aspects of human resources. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®), as well as a Business Coach.
She has extensive expertise in establishing human resources programs, performance management, succession planning, legal compliance, management training, problem resolution compensation plans and leadership coaching. Ms. Jackson provides high-level management consulting to both small and medium sized organizations. Some of the clients she has consulted with include: Speedshape, Inc., NuStep, Inc., Trend Millworks, Buckner Financial Group, Shepherd Consulting, d.Diversified Services, Absolutely Perfect Brick Restoration, and Macomb Community College.
Kelly’s HR career experience spans the professional services, educational and non-profit sectors. She is an adjunct professor at Macomb Community College, an advisor to the American Council of Consulting Engineers and a diversity advocate for several non-profit and for-profit industries.
In recognition of her leadership in the human resources field, Kelly has been nominated as Michigan’s HR Executive of the Year by the American Society of Employers. She has spoken as an expert panelist at Michigan Business & Professional Association seminars, delivered presentations on Unique & Innovative HR Programs: Doing More with Less and published articles on HR topics.

Personal
Ms. Jackson received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Cleary University with a concentration in Human Resources. Ms. Jackson is an avid reader of inspirational and leadership books and publications. During her time off, she enjoys spending with her family and friends.
