Patrice comes to KJGroup, LLC. with a little over four years experience in HR field, providing Human Resources support for companies with 10-250 employees in industries such as manufacturing, customer service and retail. Patrice is extremely customer focused and is always looking out for the best interests of the client including protecting the client from legislative issues. She is phenomenal at researching and staying abreast of employment legislative issues that impact businesses.
She has a Masters of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from University of Phoenix and a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Cleary University. She is able to use this educational background in many ways to help clients more effectively communicate with employees to ensure successful retention and satisfaction on the job.
