Tamara Tarrance
HR Consultant/ Employee Relations Specialist
Tamara Tarrance, B.A., is a consultant with KJGroup LLC. For eight years, Tamara has been a human resources generalist/consultant and labor relations representative to a government agency.
Tamara’s experience includes human resources strategy and labor relations policies. She has created best practices around organizational and employee development programs. Her expertise in labor and employee relations includes investigations, negotiations, and coaching for performance management.
Tamara has volunteered for leadership and advisory roles in professional organizations and non-profits, to service the human resources profession.
Tamara holds a BA in Administration and Management and a Masters Degree in Organizational Management from Spring Arbor University.
