The “New Hire Reporting Program” which requires employers to provide social security number, name and address of all employees who are hired or re-hired. Employers must report all new hires to comply with this regulation. The Michigan Occupations Safety and Health Act (MIOSHA) requires employers with 11 or more employees to comply with certain recordkeeping requirements.
