Position Description
THE COMPANY, a leading regional professional services firm headquartered in Troy, is looking for a Marketing Manager to join its team of talented, hardworking professionals.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and managing the company’s marketing efforts. Working with the executive team to develop and execute a marketing strategy for the organization, the Marketing Manager will create the annual marketing plan and budget.
The Marketing Manager will:
- Work with leaders and colleagues to deliver a unified message to the marketplace via all marketing vehicles, including proposals, presentation materials, marketing collateral, direct marketing campaigns, newsletters, advertising, and planning client relationship events.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, including monitoring and tracking all marketing-related expenses.
- Develop and maintain marketing collateral, such as firm brochures, promotional pieces, advertisements, and electronic and printed newsletters.
- Manage internal and external resources in the creation, production and distribution of communications materials, including print, electronic, web, audio and video.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess strong marketing, project management, and technical skills, including graphic design capabilities.
Ability to effectively manage internal/external vendor relationships, budgets and analyze costs.
Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years marketing/management experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Be a self-starter and detail oriented.
